If you’re looking for fresh-baked pastries in Mooresville on a Saturday morning, come find Cottage Grove Bakery at Josh’s Farmers Market!

Most Saturdays, I’ll be set up bright and early starting at 9 AM until sold out, with a rotating selection of freshly baked sweet and savory treats.

Everything is baked fresh for the market, and the menu changes from week to week depending on the season, new recipes I’m testing, and—quite frankly—what sounds delicious that week!

What You Might Find at the Cottage Grove Bakery Pop-Up

While the exact menu changes, you’ll often find some Cottage Grove Bakery favorites, including:

  • Cinnamon rolls with vanilla buttercream

  • Triple berry sweet rolls with lemon buttercream

  • Pesto Italian cheese rolls

  • Cheddar & sun-dried tomato rolls

  • Fruit coffee cake muffins

  • Orange scones

  • Cherry almond Bakewell tarts

  • Brown butter chocolate chunk cookies

  • Anzac cookies

  • Salted caramel butter bars

  • Plus seasonal specials and new bakes

Some weeks there may be a brand-new flavor or two making its first appearance at the market, so there’s usually something different to try!

Freshly Baked for Saturday Morning

One of my favorite things about the Saturday pop-up is turning my little corner of the market into a walk-up bakery. Come by, take a look at the pastry case, pick out a few favorites, and maybe grab something you weren’t planning on. (That last part happens a lot.)

Whether you’re stopping by for a cinnamon roll for breakfast, picking up savory rolls for brunch, or taking home a box of treats for later, there’s plenty to choose from—but once something sells out, it’s gone for the day.

So if you have your heart set on a particular favorite, earlier is definitely better!
